Cost
The cost for the event is £80 per head, but the event is indoors in comfy beds, and is fully catered.

Crewing
We do require experienced LRPers to assist with the organisation of the game. You will be provided with NPC roles which you will play over the course of the weekend, and will be able to sleep in the building and eat along with the rest of the players.
There is no charge for crewing, however you will be expected to assist with the less exciting chores of cooking, washing up, set-up and take-down, serving food etc. If you're interested in crewing, please drop us a line at info@darklightlrp.com

Numbers of players
Player places are strictly limited to 10 people

Booking
You can book a place by sending an e-mail to info@darklightlrp.com and we'll provisionally hold you a place.
You should also submit a character concept and character for approval. Once this is approved, you will be provided with details on where you can send your cheque or make a payment online for the event

Smoking
There is no smoking in the building. Please go outside if you wish to smoke. We are aware that tobacco wasn't around in England in 1359, but we'd rather have non-stressed smokers than maintain absolute historical accuracy

Drinking
Drinking is permitted, though we do encourage moderation. If any player is deemed to be too inebriated to fight safely, they will be asked to sit out any combat scenes. Some alcohol will be available and provided with meals, though we do encourage players to bring some of their own

Food
The event is fully catered with 5 meals provided (Friday evening dinner, Breakast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and Sunday Breakfast). Should you require food outside of those times there will be some snacks provided. If in doubt we do encourage you to bring some food yourself. Please do notify us of any special dietary requirements

Sleeping
The rooms are all equipped with bunk beds with pillows and sheets. We do recommend that you bring your own sleeping bag. Camping accomodation is not available (and being honest, as the game is in the middle of January, why would you want to)
