These are the up to date 2008 version of the rules.

 

The 2008 rules are to be used for the first event in 2009.

 

The completed 2009 rules will be released soon including Advanced Character types, Advanced Skills, Master Quirks, simplified rules for Artefacture and Weaving and clarifications on the Downtime rules (including rules for Player characters running Noble Houses)
